Im a mortgage specialist and have never had a disatisied cudstomer, I never recievd any types of complaints, until today....I have a client, who is purhasing a million dollar property...so as i do all my customers, i provide him with the best mortgage service that I could, and this might sound hilarious, but on Friday, I accidentally cc'd him on a distasteful email, and he was really annoyed. im afraid Im going to lose him as a customrt. But it was an honest mistake. i need to write an apology letter as soon as possible and dont know where to begin...i need to do this today...and let me remind you, the email was rated x.... how do i start? please help
