Do you want to give them leave? Are they legally entitled to take this leave? If not, then it is up to you whether you let them go or not.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In my country (UK) everyone is entitled to a certain number of paid leave days a year, but what they use them for is irrelevant, they don't get any extra for getting married. They can also only request to take them on certain dates. It seems that marriage leave is part of Indian culture though as we get a lot of enquiries about it. &lt;P&gt;I would like to write a letter to apply marriage and honeymoon leave on end of this year. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I planed to apply 20 days leave and go for honeymoon. My challenge is to convince my Project Manager to approve it. I hope that their can exclude me from the schedule on end of this year dual to my personal plan. I have listed down reason in sample as below. &lt;P&gt;One week later after wedding dinner held in my home town, I kindly request you to grant me another 3 days leave on 27&lt;SUP&gt;th&lt;/SUP&gt;, 30&lt;SUP&gt;th&lt;/SUP&gt; and 31&lt;SUP&gt;st&lt;/SUP&gt; of October, 2006 for attending my wedding ceremony in my husband home town.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Beside that, I would like to request for 20 days annual leave on end of this year for my honeymoon trip. Honeymoon trip is important to my husband and me.&amp;nbsp; My husband study in England before and he wanted to bring me there. So we decided to have a trip to Europe since last year.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;We dated for more then 5 years and decided to get marriage on last year. &amp;nbsp;Most of the time Iâm working in oversea on last few years and we only meet for 4 days in a month. He never complaint and pay for full support on my career. I wish you are understand and I donât want to break my husband dream. &lt;/P&gt;
