I, Jocelyn a. romero,nurse II at rcb2 5th flr, would like to apologise for being absent from Feb. 20-March 31 because of a family medical problem.

I was very affected the day I got the news from my other sibling that my dearest sister was

in a very delicate condition in the intensive care unit, where she had been rushed due

to pneumonia and diabetes complications.

Because of her unstable medical condition, I needed to stay at home to check

up her status from time to time to keep my sanity.

I am asking for your understanding regarding why I

took a long leave. I know deep in your heart if you were in my shoes you would have done the same.

Where I live, you don't need to ask for permission, and you don't really need to give a reason. If you need to do these things, just add them.
