Would somebody please comments my letter?
Regards,
Fizzi.

Dear Sir:

I wish to file an accommodation claim that is more than was allowed for me. The expenses incurred were due to the higher accommodation fees during the first three days of our recent visit to Auckland . Hotels were charging more than usual as there was an international rugby game concurrently with this visit.

Enclosed please find signed receipts to this amount, for the purpose of reimbursement.

Sincerely yours
