Hi,

I've tried to help with your English, but I know nothing about the legal aspect of this. I wonder if it is the judge him/herself or the clerk of his court that you should be writing to? Have you considered checking with a lawyer? It might be a good idea to spend a little money to do that.

I reside in NY and am a part-time worker and full-time student. I would like to request, if possible, that the case be handled by mail. If I have any other options, I would be grateful if you could let me know.
