I am currently working as a safety engineer. To meet the site requirements, I need a company vehicle. I need to inform you if any accident or unexpected event occurs at the site. We are helpless to do anything in time without a vehicle, because this site is away from the main road, and we are not able to access a taxicab.

Hi,
You need to break this into several separate sentences. Start each one with a capital letter, and end it with a period.

sir i hope that you will look to my salary which i have worked in this company for three years and because of the pressure which i facing in the company and extra working hours approxmatly every day three to five hours and i have never ask for over time and i have done all the work which asigned to me with out fail so i ask you to look to my salary which is not enough for my work regards
