Hi, THis isn't how I would write it in canada, but I'm relctant to suggest a lot of changes because I know that Indian English is not the same as Canadian English. As i have completed 2 years in this company. They not yet increased my salary . After completion 1 year i have given increment letter. Dear Anon: First, as Mister M. has written, using "i" and "u" is extremely bad form in a formal letter. In fact, if I were your boss, I would consider being called "u" an insult. Second, your first paragraph is a single sentence. This makes a negative impression. Please write in short, polite and logical sentences. And remember punctuation - the first word in the sentence must be captialized, your name should be captialized, etc. Third, you do not justify your request by your good performance or service record with the company. since iam working with this company ............... which exerce in telecom about 3 years now , my salary never change but iam serving as human resouces manager . Also the living condiction in the country is very high and prices of things are encreasing day in day out .
