[request help] letter to professor

Hi

First of all thank you for great forum, and may this email seem a common issue, however it is a specific type
one of the professors has kindly accepted my request for admission, but however my file was not completed, I could contact him several times in the procedure of my file completion, now my file is completed, I have sent him to notify him once, he hasen't replyed to me so I wanted to send another letter, not only to ask him about how he is aware of my admission, but also ask him if he does wish me anything to prepare before I get to university
please help me! I will also include all previouse emails
(I could say now i am somehow out of words!!! )

I mean how can i make it formal and also add some sentences to appriciate him

however for the sake of the application process, I chose various
preferences. I am very interested in performing research in the areas of
Solids and Structures, particularly FEM. I have to also state that my BA
in mechanical engineering is in "Solid Mechanics" which is one of three
sub divisions in Iran (Solid, Fluid, Industrial and

This is Nabi Nabiollahi. I have graduated in B.Eng. Mechanical Engineering
in fall 2006, from ____. I am very much
motivated to pursue my higher education in a high quality university,
which shares my research interests. After studying various universities,
I've observed that, besides being a prestigious academic place, the
Department of Aerospace Engineering at the University of ______
has special interest in Finite Element studies.

I believe as an undergraduate student I have developed a strong background
in finite elements; in both theoretical analysis and computer simulation.
I have done many course projects dealing with FEA, including:
    * Stress concentration analysis with ANSYS; Compared with experimental

various methods of theoretical analysis.

I am also working on dynamic behavior of damaged concrete bridge which is
under effect of a moving vehicle with random load and other stationary
random forces.

I am planning to apply for postgraduate programs at the aerospace
department of University of _____, preferably ____. program, for the
earliest possible semester. I am heavily dedicated to academic research.
My future goal is becoming a researcher in FE studies. I won't be able to
make this goal without guidance of a reputed supervisor and a professional
atmosphere. I hope that I'll be qualified and admitted to your department
and will have the opportunity of your supervision.

My CV and my Turkey conference paper, which are in English, are provided
as attachments. It will be so kind of you to let me know how evaluate me
for your programs. If there is any further information or documents I
