Why don't you read through some of the threads here to see if there are any ideas you can make use of. Then have a shot at writing the letter yourself. We don't write letters for you, but we can provide you with comments on those you do write yourself.

How to write a sponsorship letter to obtain money for musical instruments

Hi. I'm new here. I wanted to ask you guys if you can help me out on this one. I'm a drummer in a metal band called Sidewinder and we are hoping for a 30.000 Euro sponsorship deal with a company to buy (almost) professional musical instruments, mics, amps, preamps, mixers, a PA system and some other digital effects for both electric and bass guitar in exchange of advertising for the company and whatever clauses the company may suggest. Every band member has worked with other bands before over the course of 2+ years. We know both our market and our instruments well enough, but we wish to move to a different direction.

Neither of the band members have knowledge on how to make a sponsorship letter. Can somebody help us out ?
