With descriptive method of study domestically and foreign literature in first place I offer basic concept from ventilation and validation area with a legal base for realization. Practically shown procedures of validation is earning also as good base behind correct maintenance realization. Filmed conditions of existent maintenance, analysis of mistakes and causes shows on maintenance problems, mistakes impact on users, manners for their solutions and practical examples of maintenance forms.
