Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to apply for the Masterâs Program in Software Engineering and Computer Systems.

I graduated in Computer Science at the Polish-Japanese Institute of Information Technology, Faculty of Computer Science in Bytom, Poland and have received a Bachelor in Science degree. My specialty is databases and applications but my main focus of interest is software engineering and database information systems.

Ever since I started my undergraduate program in Poland, I have wanted to pursue further academic education in Software Engineering or Computer Systems. I think that Software Engineering is especailly interesting because of the complicity of the whole process of projecting and implementing software, which is a very important role for information systems in our lives. I have chosen this field as it is dynamically developing more technology and promises to fulfill the professional goals that I have set for myself.

I decided to apply for the Masterâs Program in Sweden as the culture and lifestyle of this country appeal to me strongly. I am impressed with the high education level and demanding programs, as well as great job opportunities and professional approach to modern technologies.

I think that the chosen program will help me gain both the knowledge and the experience to start a professional career ? in Information Technology, as well as fulfill my interests.

With a solid foundation in academic theory and practical knowledge gained during two internships and a part-time job, where I have been employed during my Bachelorâs Program, I believe I am qualified to start a Masterâs Program in this chosen field of interest.

After I complete the Master program, I would like to start PhD studies - preferably in Sweden - to pursue further research in the same field.

could somebody have a look at my motivation letter? I am mostly afraid of some gramatical mistakes since it is not my mother language but all comments will be appreaciated. Is it too short in your opinion?
