I am one of the senior agents for customer services and I really like the job. I enjoy helping our customers. As you know, the cost of living has become very high, with price increases for petrol, food and rent, and this has really has put a strain on my earnings. I am a family man, the father of two, with a third child on the way. I am prepared to take on more responsibility, and I will continue to be the hardworking, committed, reliable and honest employee that I have always been.
