management. Thanks !!&lt;br /&gt; &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;font color="#0000ff"&gt;&lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;&lt;u&gt;Frist&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/font&gt; of
all I &lt;font color="#ff0000"&gt;&lt;u&gt;woule&lt;/u&gt;&lt;/font&gt; like to thank Pradeep for &lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;giving so much of his&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; time and being so patient &lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;as &lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;to guide us step by step in order to
deal with real life support issues&lt;b&gt;&lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;, often&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; till very late in the evening&lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;,&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt; for the
last 2 weeks &lt;strike&gt;to complete his knowledge transfer scope from the below
mentioned email.&lt;/strike&gt;&lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt; in order to pass on information about the processes mentioned below.&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Honestly, I am quite surprise&lt;b&gt;&lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;d&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; with the response given
since Reena &lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;and&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt; I have sent out so many support related emails &lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;and &lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;
didn&amp;#39;t get noticed. I assume the team is still doubtful &lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;about&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt; our
understanding &lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;of&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; MI support knowledge&lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;. I have been&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt; questioned &lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;several&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt; times
regarding the learning curve while&lt;b&gt; &lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;I have&amp;nbsp; been busy&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; with web development &lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;and&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; bw web research.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;As well as&lt;/font&gt;&lt;/b&gt; the KT session&lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;,&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt; I have written down
the processes &lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;and &lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt; diagramitize&lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;d&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt; those processes via MS Visio and the BW Support Knowledge &lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;that&amp;nbsp;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt; I&amp;#39;ve learnt&lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;; it&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt; has been transfer&lt;font color="#ff00ff"&gt;&lt;b&gt;r&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/font&gt;ed and documented
