 It&amp;#39;s not clear if X actually created the advertising campagns, wrote the leaflets and brochures, etc., or if she coordinated their delivery. It&amp;#39;s a big difference, but I can&amp;#39;t tell from your description. 
 To whom it may concern: There is a lot of discussion about the use of this phrase. Grammatically it&amp;#39;s correct, but some advocate for Dear Sir or Madam:
