Your resume looks good.

I might be inclined to delete:

l Projects Achievement

3) **** 17â FCDT CRT 71 HZ
4) **** 17â FCDT CRT 85KHZ ; 19â LCD
(**** are the name of American Brands we produce the products for)

Even with the brand names plugged in, I don't know what that tells the reader. Unless they know more about you and your work, knowing specific models is probably meaningless.

I would change the following slightly

l Job Description (still sounds a bit awkward, you might wish to rewrite]
This position is to be performing as the window of the company to communicate and with the [delete valuable-is obvious] customers for original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products while coordinate and management with other domestic and oversea departments to:
1) Planning and schedule the new projects, while managing and cooperating with other departments to keep the schedule.
2) Recording and managing monthly production quantity to match the production order
3) Organizing related departments to solve quality issues happened in production or after sales.
