In my opinion, Jonit custody is necessary for a couple with child(ren) broken up.Give consideration to child(ren), especially when they haven't grown up, and they do need concerns and consolation and guidance both from Mom and Dad, which help build health in mind and body.
On the other hand, the parents, though say good bye one another, still share their relationships with child(ren), and meanwhile take responsibilities on them. For divoice has hurt child(ren) a lot, and joint custody let them feel somewhat intact family and not the only one who has been abandoned.
It's very hard to prove the contrary opinon.

Re: A THESIS!!

I think you'll have a hard job proving it.

A THESIS!!

My thesis is: Joint custody is a poor decision for
a divorced couple with child(ren) because two people should not be in
 close contact after a divorce.

please tell me if that is a good thesis!!!
