Re: Would you help me write the following grammatically correct?

Here are a few small corrections:

All of the businesses who had sent RSVPs expressing their willingness to come, didn’t make it for the following reasons:
1. Had to drive his daughter to a voice class
2. ABC – Left package & message
3. Was too busy
4. Couldn’t miss grandson’s baseball game
6. Thought it was going to be next Monday, so he went to Tim’s
7. Was out of town
8. Nose surgery, and just got back from Columbia on Wednesday
9. Had back pain, couldn’t walk, and son was sick
10. Had things came up and didn’t go to either one. If he could have gone, he would have gone to Tim’s. He thought Tim's and ours were the same.
11. Thought we were going to send them a ticket or something so didn’t look at the calendar
12. Just wrote the word “Ford” on the calendar, so couldn’t figure out what it was until I left the package and called.
13. Found out wife has cancer, and had to be with her.
The owner of ABC and EDF couldn’t be reached, but I left the owner a package and did a follow-up phone call with them. Also, Mr. David Smith had asked when the City was going to do anything about the old tree roots in front of his business. He said it looks ugly and weeds are growing on it. He had brought it up in the survey as well as talked to me about it.
