I am request my manager to (both) advice and through my manager i want to submit my C.V., because at present job and what am trying new job both are same organization. (Smooth transition between jobs)

and forwarding to john for new Opportunity in Australia services shop I'm not sure what you mean by this. Do you want your boss to forward it to John? Or are you just asking for advice on your CV?

If you want him to do it - "and that you forward it to John regarding the new opportunity in the Australian services shop."

if you just want comments "as I intend to send it to John regarding the opportunity in the Australian services shop."
