Nowadays a lot different problem occurs in our life. These day w are so busy that we neglect our health. The human body need exercise which helps the body to move around inside the body [what does this mean?], a balance diet, a healthy mind and physically fitness some simple steps of yoga which gives us metal peace which is equally important to be healthy. Itâs also important to go in for spots. Sport and physical exercise make us strong and healthy and help us to keep fit. This paragraph does not match the requirement of the exercise, which is "a brief message on the role of a healthy food or sport(s)". It is a general statement.
