I think I would do this:

1.The photo of the box with the misleading claim clearly appears in the advertisement; it can be read by consumers and may mislead them.

2. I hope this discussion will lead to better outcomes for both parties, since monitoring the compliance of advertisements with regulations is quite challenging, as with advertisement "A".
