I have tried this just now and found some useful sites, not including my own! (So I can't be accused of touting for business!). Expect to pay around £5-10 per 1,000 words, and to wait around 10-14 days for a 30-40,000 word thesis to be proofread, assuming that you are using a proofreader in the UK.
