Here It goes like this..

Dear Admission Officer,

I am extremely delighted to apply for your *** program in yyy. I will take this opportunity to explain about my background and motivation for this program. I have recently completed *** course with specialization in xyz from *** Institute , One of the world class institutes in country name. I did my *** course from xyz institute, one of oldest institutes of country name.

In the past two years, I have made an effort to learn about the intricacies of some subject names. In this period of study I have success fully completed one project on "***" and one dissertation on â***â. I have always put a cognizant and conscientious effort to think innovatively and practically. The outstanding results of my projects and presentations in "course names" substantiate the above fact. My favorable aptitude towards positive thinking, diligent nature and most importantly to overcome the difficult situations with shear perseverance helped me in dealing with many decisive situations like winning the second prize in my only second presentation "course name" at a national level symposium conducted by "institue" in 2003 and securing maximum "grade" in the last two semesters of "course name".

The knowledge of "Major name" from "course" and the exposure that I got in "course" about "Major" have stimulated me to apply for your *** program in âyyyâ. With its entire professional structure and international stature, I believe that this program would refurbish me into a well prepared professional with the necessary integrated knowledge about the xyz. I like the idea of having regular meeting, seminars and group discussions that will improve ones inter personal skills hence to the overall development of a person. In my view the most enthralling aspect of this program is the xyz collaborated year long project, from which one can extract the maximum amount of essential hands-on experience to succeed in the real time environment.

The interplay and interconnections between various branches and processes is creating a world of new surprises. I want to take part in these innovations by acquiring the integrated knowledge of x,y and z. I think I got all the ingredients from my z years of z education. Now I want to learn the art of utilizing all my interdisciplinary skills and want to become a true technologist in the "xyz". With its Advanced Courses and Real Time xyz Projects, I believe that this course would give me ample opportunity to fulfill my aspirations. With all my knowledge and commitment to course work and research, I am sure that I can substantially contribute to the development of technology and hence development and welfare of society.
