The need for education has been felt all over the world in recent years. However, a large number of children in the world, especially in sub-Saharan Africa, Southern Asia and the Arab States, do not attend school and approximately 60 percent* of these children are girls. This is because of many barriers that affect girls and do not let them continue their education. Moreover, familiesâ poverty and early marriage or pregnancy affect girlsâ education. However, there are solutions to these problems like self-education and late marriage.

Poverty is the first barrier to a girlâs education. Many families do not have enough money to provide for an education, and even if they have money, they might spend it on selfish needs or on sustaining the family. However, they cannot afford schooling for the girls because they either need new uniforms, or bags and books. Instead, they might let boys go to school to continue their education. They think that boys take priority over girls for education because when they grow up, they probably will work and they can help the family. The second barrier is early marriage and pregnancy. Girls who marry early are not able to complete their studies since their husbands might not let them to do that. However, they are not able to juggle home life and their education. They might feel tired if they have two difficult responsibilities. They probably will not concentrate well because they might think of the other things. So, it is difficult for them to do their best in their studies.

There are many solutions to overcome these barriers. The first solution is self-education. Girls who cannot complete their studies can read books and newspapers. In this way, they can increase their knowledge [ofâ¦]. They can also grab any chance to enhance their studies and lead them to succeed. This might solve the poverty of families.

The second solution is late marriage. Girls can continue their studies first and marry later. When completing their studies, women will get a certificate which will increase their chances of finding work. As a result, they can support their families and husbands in indeed situations. [What does indeed mean here?] They can provide economic needs for them. They can also let their children be well educated by helping them in their homework and explaining what they do not understand.

There are many barriers to a girlâs education, such as poverty, early marriage and pregnancy. However, self-education and late marriage are example solutions to these problems. In my opinion, women should pursue an education because this will help the society to yield an educated generation.

please correct my essay .. i know there are a lot of mistakes on it but i wish you could help me to correct them..
