I would like to add the following word pairs

one is usually taken for the other in many cases

  through practice you can improve it
 I get myself confuse most of the times while spelling BELIEVE ..RECEIVED..ACHIEVED ..and word like that ...
Why have they not made it simple by either staying with EI or IE.
