In Genitives^x

All the debts are settled between you and me . Genitive and possessive are the same-- genitive is used as the name of the case where the language has one for that form. That's how I understand it.

I politeness/formality is a factor, I would not contract, thus I would prefer the 2nd.

The first two sentences are correct.

Which form is correct "She has over 20 years' experience" "She has over 20 years of experience" "She has 20 years experience" I'd go for the first but I'm not sure. Any help is welcome. Thanks
