Good to see you're back Grace. I think I would definitely say that I am happy with Americans who are easy to understand and British people with no heavy local accent. So long as the billion people or more who speak English can understand each other I think that is all I would be worried about....

I think that the British people sound somewhat "American" when singing because when they speak, their consonants are much more harder than in the American accent(s) but when singing you just have to somewhat soften the consonants... I'm neither British nor American so I can be telling rubbish....
