I've never seen a situation where it was necessary to abbreviate "study of the body". You can use SOTB, I suppose, if you insist on abbreviating it. CJ

You don't need to start every word with a capital.

It seems to me to be important enough to spell out in full, so that someone later can't say 'Oh, I didn't know that was what your abbreviation meant.'
