Whatever you do someone will disagree. In my opinion, if the verb is only implied use the objective pronoun, and if the verb is present use the nominative.In your sentence the verb is implied.

I'd say object of the preposition "like," which is certainly the popular version (like them, like us).I think "such as" takes the nominative (such as they, such as we), but many would use objective (such as them, such as us). - A.

The system won't let you post a blank page as a reply. You must have at least one character, such as a period. But once posted, it lets you edit and delete the whole thing.
