We have a delema in figuring out what the correct abbreviation for telephone is. I was taught Phn: and another co-worker was taught Ph: which abbreviation is correct?

"till" and "until" are the same. Perhaps "until" is considered more elegant. But never write 'til -- as do so many native speakers. There is no abbreviation.
