They're all conditional sentences. I wouldn't say the first one. is goes with won't , not with wouldn't . The second is often heard in casual conversation. Only the third is acceptable for formal use. CJ

Native speakers may disagree with me but I consider the original verb form and the one you suggest incorrect. The present conditional should not refer to the past: I would do it five years ago. WRONG! I would have done it five years ago. RIGHT!

I agree with Ivan's analysis except:
the second sentence is an example of a common error, even among natives. The third sentence is correct. The question is was/were usage with the subjunctive. Were is needed here because it is an example
