Can you speak with an American accent or an Italian accent?

Not at all! He never has and never will! Only actors/actresses are REALLY able to switch accents as they are professionally trained to do so.

I have been wondering why is it that when British people sing, it's in American accent. I personally never heard a British singer sing in British accent, and I would love to hear one! Can British speak in the American accent if they wanted too, or
