Many people might have missed the train or bus enquiring about the timings. By the way do you know who has the longest name??? I saw in Guinness records, it took nearly 46 seconds to say her name.

There's also a train station in Wales called "Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwll Llantysiliogogogoch" which means "St Mary's church in the hollow of the white hazel near a rapid whirlpool and the Church of St Tysilio of the red cave"!!!!

By the way, did you know that the longest place name in the world is in New Zealand? Taumatawhakatangihangakoauauotamateaturipukakapikimaungahoronukupokaiwhenuakitanatahu. I know it's not in English (It's in Maori) and is the name of a hill. I don't remember what it means though. I'll look it...

Longest words in a syllable: screeched and scratched. This is very amusing for a Spanish speaker, nine letters and just a syllable!

You can find such long words more if you search little hard, They all are names of diseases. But we should find some lenghty words which can be used to express something. Not to say a name of dieses or some medicine name.

The longest word is pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis which has 45 letters. It's a disease that miners in Africa came down with from getting silicon slivers in their lungs.

I thought the longest word was "smiles" because there's a mile between the two esses!
