"news" is used in the plural form -- this does not make sense Pucca, you are misinterpreting CJ's message. 'news' looks like a plural noun (there is a plural -s inflection) but it does not mean it is plural. "In conclusion, he is right!" Which fact do you draw your conclusion from?

Well, it's not really always clear. I assume you're wondering whether to use a ? or a . If you said it out loud and the rising inflection showed it to be a question, I can see using a question mark.
