Do you mean dialect perhaps, instead of dialogue? A dialogue is a conversation. I'm sure there are more linguisticly formal ways to describe a dialect, but it's basically the way a group of people use grammar, and their vocabulary and pronunciation.

Well, it is not a lexical 'construction', if I take your meaning. It is simply a way to spell the casual pronunciation, and could be used to represent the words, want to, in transcribing any spoken dialect that pronounces it that way. That pronunciation is certainly common in the US.

Yes; "dialect" relates to vocabulary, grammar, syntax, and accent. Accent relates partly to pronunciation, and partly to intonation. MrP

Check any dictionary: http://www.m-w.com they are quite different. A pointer: accent is basically only about the pronunciation.
