I'll have to vote with Bob on that one. In ... /sEmaI/, with /sEmi/ as an "also" (significantly less common) variant. I think ('sEmi) might be more prevalent among younger AmE speakers, at least in some regions of the country.

Interesting point, I don't know, I tend to keep the radio tuned to Radio Scotland, which of course is a national station. The impression I got was that Radio Scotland was a local station, Ouch. Radio Scotland is a network in its own right.
