Is it possible to say this?
"There is someone wants to see you."
Or even in conversational English, we have to say
"There is someone who wants to see you."

Certainly "that" is sometimes omitted in conversational English:
What is it you want?
Tell me everything he said.
But I don't think you can omit either "that" in "everything that happened later that night..."
