I'm not questioning about 'Present Perfect VS Present Perfect Progressive'.
Please, let me know the difference of 'Present Progressive and Present Perfect Progressive'.
For example,
She is eating dinner for one hour. /

Will both the processes in 1 and 3 end by next week and by the end of the year? If they do, why not use future perfect tense? If they don't, why not use future perfect progressive? Please advise, thanks.

Also, if you want to use a perfect tense to say the same, use Perfect Progressive:
"What had you been doing before you came here?"

Verb Tense ... will have been going ... Future Perfect Progressive ( will, have, be -ing )
