Actually, in sentence one, the thing I want to ask is:

If you can imagine, when inundations come to one province, people of other provinces donates food, drink, money etc (I'm still confused when can we use plural or singular for food and drink here).... and they pack them all in packages which is then sent to the poor province... What can we call that?

The correct spelling of "grammer" is "grammar".
"Nazi's", if you mean the plural of Nazi, should be "Nazis" without the apostrophe. The "s" is part of the word.
"Grammar Nazis" appears to be a vocative, so I would add a comma after it.
Finally, since the exclamation mark functions as full stop, you don't need to add any other punctuation marks at the end of the sentence.

"Grammar Nazis, enter if you DARE!" sounds good to me.
