and look for a book with samples in it In Düsseldorf in a bookshop called sternverlag I ve seen many of them OK not really many 3 4 but there is enough information One contained samples for secretary interns managers etc bright variety so one could find something they needed At the moment I am using the Internet too and collecting everything I like from ads samples etc And I write 2 different kind of applications one for the UK shorter and one for the rest more like the German applications Furthermore there is a book for Business English Jump into Business English with a sample in it for the UK and it is very short maybe 5 sentences In my opinion it concentrate on the form and is not so useful for me but still interesting And I would be very glad for you if you find the job you wanted Best
