TOEFL is too big a subject to be covered all at once. You need to cut down your TOEFL questions to manageable bites size so that we can help.
Every ESL learner wants to improve and learn as quickly as possible. But everyone has to establish a starting point. If you like, you can e-mail me, perhaps
with a short paragraph about yourself so that I can assess your English. From what I can see thus far, you need to pay attention to Capitalization,
stay away from suing "lazy English", puncutation and "space" after comma etc.

Hi Anon,

I suggest you not put any spaces before commas and periods. See the period? I left a space after the period, but not before.

You also have a lot of unnecessary punctuations.

Being a senior in a highschool in Moldova, it would seem easy to tell about what are my fellings toward education here , but unfortunetly it's not . Anyway, I think that my country has serious issues and education is not exception .In this essay I will name some problems that often occur in moldovan highschools and draw a conclusion based on arguments that will follow (unclear - follow the conclusion?).

One serious problem is teachers salaries .It's important because ,if teachers are not paid well for their difficult job ,they will be less interested in helping students with their assignments .On the other hand ,if teachers are well paid they would be more motivated in helping students with their difficulties that may occur in studying process and also, they could give to them ; a better perspective of the future , some hints for a college aplication , a strong motivation , share life experencies etc.

Another problem is --bad marks . It's no one's fault but the student's for the bad mark.But , if he/she regrets for being a little more lazy a day before , he/she would try to correct it , thus he/she will be a top ''10''(--meaning he/she, will have only marks that are --10) student and still being far away from the mark that he/she deservs.That's because of our evaluational system __ based on numbers (--rational numbers) , different from American system based on letters ,where the chances this to happen are less likely. That often puts pressure on teenagers and sometimes, they could and they do -- lot's of errors in judgement , often critizice the teachers.

The other problem is dealing with the same marks , it's about the evaluation tests ; unfortunetly these tests are not reaching the international equivalents. A student who graduates ,would score poorly on such tests as :TOEFL , ITSL ,SAT, because he is not well prepared.

Drawing a conclusion , I must say that educational system in Moldova is seriously damaged ; there are many problems ,but the most important ones are:teachers salaries , student's bad marks and evaluation tests . I could only wish that these things would change but there are weak chances that it might.

You have the option to seperate them with commas should you wish but it doesn't look pretty to put commas everywhere.

Moreover they are not going to put commas in your TOEFL test because that would give away the answers easily...

Yes, it does. It does ease my confusion and worries. Actually, this question appeared in one TOEFL test. I guess typos might happen during copying, though, I still don't know the exact one.

But That's Ok, as long as I know what's going on.

As for adding a pair of commas, I don't think that sentence would be strong, I mean strongly organized, thought it's grammatically correct.
