How to list my publications in CV?

I'm quite desperate

I would greatly appreciate any help!

I've got 2 problems with how to write a list of my publications in my CV (to apply for a Master courses in Europe).

First of all:

All the books/publications are campaign books or policy papers (not a conventional research - I work with non-profit NGOs). And also they were written by teams, I was doing the writing in some parts and compiling and putting things together then some editing (with other editors/supervisor) and translation work - can I still put them in my list of publications? How shall I explain that?- I plan to add brief explanations of my bits in the next line under the name/reference to the publication, is it practicable?

Second:

I also have problem with reference format. Shall I use the custom APA format?

[Writer Name1, Name2, Name3. (2006, December). The Book Name: That is bla bla. Publishing Organization1, Co-publishing Organization1, Co-publishing Org2.]

Or, since I would like to emphasize on the book (and it will probably be very confusing with so many writers because we worked in big team), can I leave the names because I will explain that it's done in team anyway? Or is it not acceptable? Or is it all right to put all writers' names at the end?
