In the second place, the recruiter tends to hire more experienced candidates to reduce the training cost and maximize ~~the individual~~ productivity, ~~and this is the major cause of the problem~~. Finally, there is less initiative from student to develop extra job skills ~~to cater to job market is the pivotal cause~~. Knowledge and skills gained from school are not sufficient enough for an individual to tackle problems from work, plus, school is not accountable for providing practical skills; therefore, without develop other skills, students can hardly build their career competence. To sum up, several causes could trigger this problem. I am convinced that we should take the suggested measures ~~including use the up to date material, encourage the companies offer more opportunities for new graduates and increase individual awareness to one's career development,~~ to mitigate this ~~morden-day~~ problem.

Each country is presented by its own culture. (You first have to mention there are three symbols.) Proudly, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is known by the two Holy Mosques in Makkah AL-Mukarrama and AL-Madinah AL-Monawara in the western region. They are ~~real symbols for my country~~ where ~~its the original place of spreading~~ Islam was originally spread.They show how all Muslims are united under ~~the~~ God~~'s worship~~. There is a beautiful scene which we can see during prayer time. They all make organized rows to bow and prostrate their foreheads to Allah. This scene is viewed all over the world which attract many non-Muslims to embrace Islam. The palm tree is considered as the second symbol ~~which presents my country~~. It's (What is it's?) called a country of million palms . Most of Saudi people who live in the northern , eastern and western region plant dates of all ~~its~~ kinds. Saudi Arabia imports dates all over the world. So the Saudi government uses the palm with two swords as its motto. Oil is the third famous symbol ~~which presents my country~~. It is well-known ~~information~~ that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has the most ~~substituted~~ oil in the world . Saudi Arabia has many oil wells in the western region where ARAMCO established.

I do not understand much more where the topic sentence of each paragraph is.

In your introduction, you mean there are 2 paragraphs: Ad. and disad.

In each p, you must make sure that you have a topic and some more sentences to suport it.

for ex,

TV benefits people in some ways. First of all, tv brings to us an enormous information about the word up to date.....Secondly, it help us relax......Thirdly,..... . Finally,(maybe, you should include a short, general summary of this p)

However, we can not deny some problems tv have influenced on people. Firstly,......... Next, ...... Then.....The last.....

i strongly agree that the effectiveness of an essay will be increased if the author uses the transition words appropriately.

My personal dream job is to work in the Information Technology field as a software programmer. Some of those reasons Iâve chosen this career are the high needs in young professionals, high salary to maintain a stable life and the loving of math and science.

Firstly, When Vietnam entry WTO, there is a shortage of high-grade young professionals to develop software technology in Vietnam. According to Vietnamese newspapers, there is an increase from 30 to 40% in recruiting workers in many kinds of job in 2009, especially in Information Technologyâs area about 12%- the biggest number of all kinds of jobâs number. The second major reason of choosing this career is a high salary for a happy life. Indeed, the salary to pay for software programming job in IT filed is higher than other jobs. The starting point salary for newcomers is approximately from 3 millions to 4,5 millions Vietnamese dong, about 200 to 300 USD- is an idea salary for young people nowadays. The last reason why I choose this toughest career is because I love to study math and science since I was in high school. As we know that, working on Computer work involves many things in math and science. I enjoy working with mathematical exercises and exploring new and fascinating things in science.

My big goal is how to succeed on my career path including getting job easily in a dynamic environment and moving up in the long run. In order to achieve my first objective, one must is to hold an excellent bachelorâs degree of my major. Because employers from large companies always intend to look for candidates who had good achievements in their studentâs life. To achieve the second objective, I need to equip other skills-soft-skills- such as teamwork, communication, solving problem skills and so on. Learning other soft skills will help me to succeed communication at work and to be soon promoted.

Consider, when we first come to earth, we have no choice over who will be our parents, later on, the social values instilled into our minds left us with no options in defining right from wrong since parents and teachers are making all the judgments ~~work~~ for us while our job is only to follow, gradually we form our character, which ultimately separate us what the speaker mentioned that circumstances absent of choices is very, very rare. The education we received, the restriction our values system and outlooks of the world placed on us has always been hampering us substantially from myriads of choices.

The fetters imposed by the ingrained assumptions we take in our lives can be aptly demonstrated in the instances of womenâs status in the Middle East world. (Make it simpler) ~~One of the many progress of modern society has achieved is the heightened status of women throughout the world. However, it is not my intention to conclude that we will live a miserable life due to the destined environment and destined choices we could only make. Only by liberate our minds and rise above to all kinds of boundaries can we come to real innumerous choices.

To summarize up, had it not been we are fettered with all kinds of conventional ideas or values, or limited by some other economic conditions, the choices in life will be numerous ~~as the speaker maintained~~. Thereby, in order to strive for more choices really available to us, we need rise to all kinds of conventional ideas and boundaries.
