By Difference between, Question marks

Hi, Waht's difference between : Waht's up and Waht's new. If said as a casual greeting, there's no difference. However, with young people today, the former seems much more common. Check your spelling of 'what', and use question marks. Best wishes, Clive

You can use both of them interchangebly if you want but if you want to sound kind and formal use "could". "Can you send it to me?" may sound rude . Also "can "has the meaning of ability to do someting.. Of course"could" has the same meaning but if you compare the two sentences, no one will think...
