I read another thread on a similar topic, but it doesn't answer my question. When is "warm regards" appropriate to end a letter or email? What is the difference to "kind regards"? Is "warmest regards" inappropriate for business? Or is it all just the same!

You can end it Sincerely, You Yours truly, You Regards, You I haven't seen "faithfully" used very much. If you want to be safe, use "Yours truly," as it is very commonly used. Hope that help. MountainHiker
