mistake i will nener do such a thing that may cause for me to loose my job. My job are more important than anything else.It hels me to continue my studies without my job i cant support it. And i cant afford to loose boht of it.And i promise not to violate any rules and regulation of the management again. thta may cause of my dismissal. I love my job thats why im writting this letter for your forgiveness.Please give me another chance to prove my loyalty to the company.Mc donalds family teach me how to teasure and to love my job,my cutomer,my co-crew and the management team.For me im not just working with my co-crew im just working with my family.Ive learn with my mistake.Once again i apologized for what ive di hreby directed to explain why the appropriate penalty should not imposed upon me . For what happen last October 18,2008. It was an honest one and hoping for your forgiveness.

You may find it more professional if you began discussing some parts of the incident in your letter and than apologize in the second paragraph or so.

Respected sir/madam,

The Purpose of this letter is to show why I have so many failures in my undergraduate course, Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology.

One of the main reasons I would like to put ~~it here~~ in this letter is, that I have never studied computer science in my life ~~time~~ till I ~~joined~~ attended my college. Before that I was studying biology till my year 12. (maybe you mean 12th grade?) I was always aspired to become a Doctor but situations changed and then I shifted my mind to Information Technology.

Since that was the first time I started learning ~~basics of computer~~ computer basics, programming languages and also the fact that I cannot forget my biological aspiration made me to struggle a lot to study during my first three semesters. I was not able to perform well in my regular cycle of tests and Model exams which are the main contributors for my Internal marks (out of hundred 30 marks for Internals) which indeed resulted in 10 arrears till my third semester. Because of low internals I was unable to clear those papers in my second attempt too, which resulted in another 6 failures in my academic history. On the whole I got 16 arrears till my third semester.

The teacher who handled one of the subjects in my third semester, also handled another subject in my fourth semester named Visual Programming, due to my past performance and the impression that the teacher held over me was not so good. Which in turn resulted in a bad internal mark for the ~~subject~~ Visual Programming subject. That was the toughest paper in my Engineering course, resulted in a fail grade. Due to my low internals I was not able to clear it in my second attempt too. This in turn contributed another 2 more fail grades to my academic profile.

I would like to bring it to your notice that I am a student who should have got just a four arrears which are received in my last four semesters. If I had taken computer science in my school days and without an ambition of becoming a doctor, I would not have received those 18 fail grades till my fourth semester, which is inclusive of the number of attempts taken.

From my fourth semester I started focusing on my studies and became an Information Technology aspirant. I became so involved in the studies which had bought this interest in me to pursue my Masters in the same field. After working on two projects as a part of my curriculum, the thirst for Information Technology grew more.

After completing my course ~~with~~ full of interest and enthusiasm, I found that my school studies were tougher than my college studies. Usually the education cycle in India is like a person who gets 60% ~~percentage~~ per cent in his year 12 will definitely maintain above 75% in his college period. In India ~~school people~~ pupils have a lot to study. And I am ~~being~~ a student who has got 85% in my his school days and should have received an at least 85% in my college studies, which unfortunately I was unable to get because of the reasons I have mentioned above.

I will guarantee now that I will not have any reasons like the ones above to give in future, if you offer me an admit in to your University. ~~and~~ I can also assure you that I will get A + or 90+ marks in my Post Graduate course if you provide me an opportunity to prove myself in my aspired Field Information technology. Because I am indulged a lot in Information Technology now and I am so confident that I will be a successful IT professional in my career.

Please encourage me to achieve my goal, since I was already dejected with my old ambition, I would not be able to take up another failure. I hope to achieve my goal in *** University. I am requesting you to help me in achieving my goal. Thank you!
