Can some one tell me how I can write a letter of invitation in ornamental english. The occasion is a birthday celebration of a 1 year old. I want the letter in flowery and ornametal expressions in english.

The parents of Master Thomas Smith would be overwhelmed with joy if you were to do them the inestimable honour of deigning to accept this humble invitation to the celebration of the first anniversary of their son's birth.

Why do you want to do this? I'm not sure if it's real, or if you are trying to be amusing?

Birthday parties for very young children are very culture-dependent. In N. America, they are a small and quite unimportant event, usually unattended by adults other than the parents, whereas I know that in some cultures they are much bigger, and many adults are invited to attend.

Best wishes, Clive
