According to their website, it's 'programme' (British spelling would be diplomatic here anyway) and 'Admissions Office'. Also, a letter beginning 'Dear Sir' should conclude with 'Yours faithfully' in formal British English, I believe. Other than that, Jim's looks fine to me.
