When writing a CV and listing things such as experience, or duties, etc., should there be a period ( . ) after finishing each line?

hi, can anyone recommended of a good and easy English grammar learning software that teaches basic grammar rules, such as correct punctuation, phrasing etc.? At the moment I am using an automatic grammar check software together with Word editor,
