A virus is a small piece of software that does damage to your system. Older viruses used to distroy your data. Newer ones try to snoop on you when you are surfing and tyr to catch your bank or credit card login so they can steal your identity or your money. Sometimes the virus will use your computer to send spam emails. They are very nasty. People make them because either they are criminals out to steal from you, or they are just bad people who want to destroy other people's stuff for "fun". They especially like to disrupt big businesses.

Hi, I cannot log in because when I click the "login" link, I get the window which says Your opinion is important. After your visit, would you be willing to answer 4 quick questions? etc Whichever answer I choose, "yes" or "no", the window keeps being in front of the englishforums window, making it impossible for me to log in. You are exactly right. This is the brainchild of the pres...I bet you're surprised. Today we had another meeting and this what brought up. An outside ad guy had done some art and he had put "Make Performance Standard" which caused questions to rise because he didn't put "Make Performance A Standard" So, we voted on it. The outside ad guy voted against the "A"...everyone else (yes people) voted for the "A"...and I said, it still doesn't make sense to me, but if I have to vote, I'm voting to leave the "A" out. And my issue is that I'm very new to this industry, and I instantly had a problem with this tagline. So, if I have a huge problem with it...enough to find this...

For some forums I put "Yes" as answer but I don't see the different to the other. And then I put on some discussion or groups of discussion the option to be favourite but also in this case i don't see the difference. I'm having problem to login these few days. Sort of running-out-of-memory on the server and often get disconnected even I've successfully login by chance sometimes. I have seen many times things like: "The password you entered was not correct", although the user just tried to login a second before. "The password you have entered is not correct" is better ?

Good lord. Whoever wrote this "hint" should have checked with this forum first. :) It sounds as though they are trying to say that the login and out permissions, whatever those are (is it something you confer on a client, perhaps?) are a bit of a pain in the butt but will nevertheless be useful and even time-saving, since they allow you to control access without deletion being necessary. Whose access, I'm not sure---are you creating your own account, or accounts for others?
