&lt;p&gt;3) During the last months&amp;nbsp;of his &lt;u&gt;rule&lt;/u&gt; the &lt;u&gt;&lt;strong&gt;P&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/u&gt;resident (?) was &lt;span style="TEXT-DECORATION:underline;"&gt;not that&amp;nbsp;popular any more.&lt;strike&gt; &lt;/strike&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
