Here we have University and High School, as well. And how people explained me its almost the same. University a little higher, because you have more lectures. But in high school you do more practices work.

I dont know Becouse the name is High School Utrecht. www.hu.nl site of university www.uu.nl (Universcity Utrecht) and (Hogeschool Utrecht) www.hu.nl They have a different program and requirement. Do you think I have to write University?
